Materials
A vocabulary of timeless materials.
Reclaimed white oak from a Pennsylvania barn lines the floors and the walls. Bathrooms borrow from Japanese detailing — cedar, blackened metal, a single soaking pull. The exterior wears an all-black Swedish pine tar finish, the traditional marine-grade treatment used on Scandinavian boathouses for centuries.
