    Crescent Beach is a 10-minute bike ride (bicycles and beach essentials included). Shelter Island Heights community tennis courts via the North Ferry website (approx. $20/hour). Commercial fishing experiences arrangeable. The 1970 Airstream Land Yacht on the property serves as a bonus hangout.
